I didn't see this mentioned so just wanted to add, one of the reasons we switched to a fake tree this year is because we didn't do a good enough check for ornaments and my 4 year old's 1st Christmas handprint ornament got tossed with the tree last year. 😭

Oh no!! They still have a nice small hand though for future memories. Once their hands get too big, though, forget it.
